Our curriculum and learning model is designed to develop real world skills and measure successes based
on individual learning goals and collective learning expectations tied to the student’s developmental stages and abilities. Students will have multiple opportunities and ways through which to demonstrate proficiency. We’ll provide feedback on progress to help build self-esteem, pride and motivation for our students.
The Colorado State Development Standards will be used as our guide to ensure all students are where they should be. However, we bet your student will have the opportunity to not only meet those “standards”, but far exceed them.
Our assessment system promotes a growth mindset, and encourages a culture of learning vs. earning (mastering a skill vs. earning a grade), as well as creating a safe place to take risks and learn from mistakes. Assessments will be completed multiple times a year to ensure we’re seeing progress, growth and evaluating strategies should a student need additional support.
Our Grammar Curriculum will have a comprehensive program that works on establishing a solid educational foundation to build from while ensuring our students want to come back to our studio and learn each day.
We place a huge emphasis on ensuring our students have the necessary building blocks to excel academically while still allowing time to discover through play, exploration and time outdoors.
GOALS FOR OUR GRAMMAR PROGRAM
Our Logic Curriculum is built off the understanding that young people begin to navigate into the world at this stage, and we aim to give them the skills the need to thrive more independently.
Our project-based learning and emphasis on real life skills will teach students to apply both their Traditional worldview and formed skills toward building their future.
GOALS FOR THESE FORMATIVE YEARS
DEVELOPING.
Our Rhetoric curriculum will be designed to help the next generation of students narrow-down their focus and refine their God-given gifts so they can launch into the world as a mature, free-thinking problem solver with a sure direction.
Independent studies and real world experience will be the springboard from which they launch into their next adventure. Pre-Collegiate Prep will also be offered for those interested in attending college after graduating.
